Kathryn Schrader is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Tax and Business and a Knoxville-based leader in accounting, entrepreneurship, and community service. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, she holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Management, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Throughout her career, Kathryn has helped businesses, individuals, and nonprofits grow through strong financial leadership, tax preparation and bookkeeping expertise, and strategic guidance. She also spent more than 15 years as an adjunct professor, teaching business, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management courses.

Kathryn has served in leadership and treasury roles for numerous local organizations and remains active in the community. Outside of work, she is a long time competitive artistic roller skater and volunteers in the sport when she can.
