Mac Comer is a Design Consultant at ProDeck Outdoor Living, where he helps homeowners bring their outdoor living visions to life through thoughtful design and collaboration. A Knoxville native, Mac is also a singer-songwriter and lifelong music enthusiast who believes deeply in the power of music to connect people and strengthen communities.

Before transitioning into design and construction, Mac spent 13 years in education, where he became known as the “Dean of Fun” for his ability to engage students and create joyful, meaningful learning experiences. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education.

Mac is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for The Joy of Music School, supporting its mission to expand access to music education for underserved students in the community. He lives in Knoxville with his wife, Allison, and their two sons, Ansel and Ari.
