The Joy of Music provides Tuition-Free Lessons & Instruments with a goal of inspiring young lives through music.
We’re accepting new students (ages 6 to 18) living in the Knoxville area & who are able to attend weekly music lessons.
Once you’ve submitted the application, we’ll begin the enrollment process. Kindly note that we qualify our families for free lessons under the same household income guidelines used by the public school system for their free/reduced lunch program. Proof of income, either the most recent IRS Form 1040 or proof of assistance will be required. If eligible, lessons & instruments are then provided for free through our generous partners, donors, and volunteers.
